Job DetailsJob Location: Puyallup - Puyallup, WA 98375Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $175,000.00 - $198,000.00 SalaryJob Category: ExecutiveWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Reporting to our Senior VP of operations, the General Manager is responsible for safety, sales and P&L delivery, customer satisfaction and employee engagement for our precast manufacturing facility. This position is also responsible for upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community. A highlight of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Developing and delivering business plans to achieve budgeted sales, operational throughput and required profits. This includes developing plans for manpower, training, equipment maintenance/upgrades, organizational structure, marketing, and budgeting. Building the business unit to achieve the company’s standard of absolute reliability on delivery dates. Reviewing customer orders/satisfaction daily and resolving issues. Calling customers proactively to communicate misses and to check on satisfaction.
