Amentum is seeking a Mid-Level Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Targeting Officer support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in the Washington, D.C area. Responsibilities Serves as a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) in support of activities for the identification, collection and dissemination of foreign intelligence (FI), counterintelligence (CI), and cyber intelligence collected from overt HUMINT sources and by other means. Specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following: - Compile targeting information into clear concise packages which are delivered to HUMINT collection activities for action. - Work directly with HUMINT collection managers and collectors as needed to support ongoing HUMINT activities over the entire life cycle of the activity. - Conduct liaison with national level intelligence organizations as appropriate to effectively develop, coordinate and deconflict activities.
