Availability Needed: Up to 29 hours per week Luxer One’s Package Liaison team is seeking a professional, organized, and customer‑focused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities. As a Package Liaison, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit each site multiple times per week to ensure smooth, efficient, and resident‑friendly package operations. This is a part‑time position, typically 20–25 hours per week. As part of a growing service program, this role offers opportunities for expanded responsibilities and advancement as the program continues to scale. What: What You’ll Do: Provide in‑person, verbal and written assistance to residents with package‑related questions or issues Log newly delivered packages into the property’s automated package management system Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system Label, sort, and organize packages to maintain a clean, easy‑to‑navigate package room Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders, including notice of return‑to‑sender deadlines for stale packages (typica...
