Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): MASTER CRAFTSMAN: WORKING TITLE: Master Craftsman-Environmental and Grounds: SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Maintenance and Operations: LOCATION: Rock Quarry Rd. Office Complex, Raleigh, NC PAY GRADE: Noncertified Grade 24: FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evening and weekend requirements for on-call emergencies on a rotating basis) POSITION PURPOSE: Completes assigned work orders relating to landscape design and maintenance. Safely operates landscape maintenance equipment including but not limited to mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and sprayers; performs routine maintenance and repairs on landscape equipment.
