We are currently looking for a (Senior) Technical Program Manager / Project Director in Rosenheim, Germany (hybrid working model) to lead the development of a portfolio of programs/platforms and be an integral contributor to our organizational transformation. What you will do: - Your main responsibility is to manage an antenna development program/portfolio of programs/projects starting with a business opportunity through mass production. - Drive systematic improvement in processes, infrastructure/tooling, and workflows along with the wider adoption across EAS. - Actively develop a program management talent pipeline. - Be an integral part of building a high performing PMO organization.
