Canadian Natural is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join their Well Abandonment Planning team. As a Well Abandonment Technician, you will provide administrative and technical support for well abandonment projects, while following regulatory requirements and interfacing with office and field personnel. You will manage the abandonment inventory process, collaborating with the Asset Teams, Surface Land, and Mineral Land. You will also have an opportunity to advance your technical skills through well file reviews and planning area based Well Abandonment Projects, working closely with the Well Abandonments Engineering and Operations teams, and as part of the Drilling & Completions – Asset Retirement group. - Job location: Calgary, Alberta * - Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shifts - Safety sensitive position: Yes - Application deadline : May 14, 2026 - Please note, periodic travel to site is required.
