Classification Title: Human Svcs Supervisor-Healthy Families Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in the human services field or field related to working with children and families and three years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Job Description: Staff Supervision and Support: Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance evaluation for assigned Family Support Workers. Conduct regular team meetings, address staff concerns, and support professional development to ensure a high-quality, motivated team. Provide weekly staff supervision meetings as required by the program. Ensure staff have materials, training and resources to perform all aspects of their role. Travel to outlying counties as needed to ensure that facilities/supplies/coordination of services are appropriate and that supervision of staff is occurring. Provide standardized communication with staff and ensure that standards are met. Assists FSWs with planning workload, time management, and meeting program objectives.
