Description Summary: The Registrar and Data Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of student academic records while also managing essential school operational data. This position oversees all Registrar functions and supports the school’s data needs across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Registrar: - Maintain accurate academic records in the Veracross Axiom student information system, including MOD and Trimester grading and reporting cycles. - Partner with Division Heads and Deans of Academics to develop teacher and student schedules across divisions, including Extended Programs. - Support the Enrollment Department and Database Manager with online re-enrollment and new student enrollment processes, including mid-year additions and withdrawals. - Assist with annual summer cutover tasks, including course setup, room assignments, and schedule distribution. - Create and interpret data queries and reconcile information across systems. - Manage and report customer tickets through the ticketing system, including part ordering and receipt. - Develop proficiency in academic and tech...
