Supervisor - Facilities & Maintenance As a Supervisor - Facilities & Maintenance at AEO's Phoenix Distribution Center, you will be a key leader responsible for establishing and maintaining a best-in-class maintenance operation for our brand new 520,000 square feet facility. You will lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all equipment, including conveyors, racking and material handling systems, operates at peak performance. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a maintenance culture that is essential for successfully processing 25 million units weekly across two daylight shifts and two Evening Shifts. QUALIFICATIONS: - Lead and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all facility equipment including conveyor systems, yard tractors and material handling equipment to maximize operational uptime and minimize unplanned downtime - Proactively inspect the facility to identify and address potential problems, ensuring all systems are in a constant state of readiness - Partner with operations and planning teams to develop and execute weekly maintenance schedules that support fulfillment goals and prevent service interruptions - Build,...
