Your Next Opportunity Would you like to be a part of Canada’s leading and progressive Business Law firm? McMillan has an exciting opportunity as a Hospitality and Events Assistant in our Toronto Hospitality & Concierge Services department . As a member of the team, you will play a key role in providing food & beverage service to the boardrooms for client meetings, seminars and firm events as well as staff lounges. This role is an onsite role 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). What You’ll Do: As a key boardroom ambassador, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to: - Setting up and tear down of all catering requirements, including furniture to all meeting rooms in a timely manner, ensuring meeting rooms are set up and prepared according to standard, including working with IT and Facilities team members - Providing guests with excellent, professional and prompt service - Ability to serve both daily catering and onsite events independently at a high level with some supervision - Maintaining an ongoing knowledge of dietary restrictions - Maintaining general tidiness of all meeting rooms, staff lounge and hallways in the Client Centre...
