Job Details Support Services| Miamisburg| Full Time|Days: Responsibilities & Requirements: The Director, Clinical Laboratory Operations reflects the mission, vision and values of Kettering Health. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this position is responsible for the activities of the laboratory and ancillary testing to include ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements. This position is key in the planning, leading and organizing of activities related to quality patient care, laboratory function and human resource management. This position is responsible for financial management and has accountability for establishing and managing the operating and capital budgets. The Director is responsible for translating the hospitals and departments objectives, policies and procedures into effective action. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Master's degree with Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry or related field or master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Administration.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve results.
