Our Talent Acquisition Intern will support our corporate and/or plant recruitment teams on site at our headquarters in Waukesha, WI. As a Talent acquisition intern you will have the opportunity to shadow recruiters, assist with sourcing and screening a variety of candidates, assist with interview scheduling, and assisting with recruitment marketing and operations. In addition to recruiting, you will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to other facets of HR, including diversity initiatives, new hire onboarding/new hire orientation, learning and development, employment and diversity branding, and much more.
