Head of Strategic Transformation, EVP Across the globe, State Street operates at the core of the international financial system as a Global Systematically Important Bank (G‑SIB) and leading global trust bank. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Strategic Transformation to lead enterprise‑wide change and define how a globally systemic institution evolves its operating model, execution discipline, and strategic capabilities.
