About the Team: Our Core product powers the essential experiences that enable connection — from discovery to identity to communication. As a Senior Product Manager, Core, you’ll own and evolve critical parts of the Grindr experience used by millions every day. You’ll work at the center of the organization, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-impact improvements that drive engagement, retention, and long-term product quality. This is an opportunity to work on complex consumer problems at global scale while helping shape the next generation of Grindr’s core experience. This is a hybrid role based in our SF office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays. Role Requirements: Own a defined Core product area end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration. Translate company and team strategy into clear roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences.
