The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Right of Way Agent to join our team in North Carolina! The Senior Right of Way Agent will provide advanced support in land acquisition, relocation, property management, while also delivering innovative solutions. This position serves as a recognized expert in right of way activities including reviewing title reports, negotiating complex real estate agreements, preparing suit information, providing relocation assistance, coordinating business damages reviews, conducting property management inventories and inspections, cost estimating and scheduling.
