Facilities Ops Technician II - BOF - Central Area (Galveston) - ( 2602718 ) Description Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or recognized equivalent and one journeyman-level industrial/commercial craft/trade as approved by Property Services Leadership (i.e., Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Structural, Instrumentation/Electronics, Refrigeration, Electronics/Fire Alarms) demonstrated by one of the following: · Texas state license or approved equal license with two years of experience at the journeymen level. · Recognized apprentice program or trade school with two years of experience at the journeymen level. · Community college certification, or an associate degree in a related field, with two years of experience at the journeymen level. · NCCER training program or other UTMB-approved certification with two years of experience at the journeymen level. Licensure/certification/degree options listed above can be substituted by 8 years of Industrial/Heavy Commercial experience in at least one craft (Job information and references are required to validate 8 years of Industrial/ Heavy Commercial experience relative to our environment).
