Opportunity PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst (Manpower and Force Development) to support our Fort Belvoir, VA location. PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst (Manpower and Force Development) to support our Ft. Belvoir location. Candidate will support all aspects of Manpower and Force Development underneath the Capability Program Executive Mission Autonomy and its subordinate Project Offices, including civilian, military, contractor, and matrix support. Develops and implements the manpower, including synchronization with the Program Budget Guidance and the Program Objective Memorandum. The candidate provides force management assistance to subordinate Project Offices. Maintain accountability for military and civilian manpower. Develop and maintain the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), including TDA equipment and manning table documents. Reviews and provides input to proposed Concept Plans, Transition Plans, and Command Implementation Plans for reorganization and formation of a new CPE and Project Offices.
