Customer Service & Procurement Specialist

Job description

The Customer Service & Procurement Specialist supports day-to-day customer operations, procurement activities, and logistics coordination. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, responding to customer inquiries, managing supply requirements, and ensuring timely communication related to order fulfillment and shipments. The position works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support service excellence and supply continuity Customer Order Management: Enter and maintain customer orders accurately within the ERP system (PMI). Ensure data integrity and timely processing of all customer transactions. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and missing or delayed products. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication. Support resolution of service issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.
