Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Regional Buyer to support our Business Lines and Ventures team. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for placing all stocked designated purchases for assigned region: Daily review of the inventory valuation report for designated items. Ensuring product turns at high rate of speed, or mobilize to a faster-selling branch location to ensure turns are met. Ensure MDPAs and buying contracts are leveraged appropriately. Ensure use of preferred vendors. Includes transfers from the Ce ntralized Distribution Center, based on branch needs. Responsible to meet with branches regularly to ensure full understanding on upcoming needs/forecasts to ensure no stockouts. Responsible for reviewing Non-stock PO reporting for assigned region multiple times per week: Discuss trends with branch teams for NS orders. Determine items to bring into inventory from NS orders.
