Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY: Load and unload paint lines, mask ports, caulk, count parts, clean area, maintain safe environment. SKILLS: A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. - Maintain material flow within job assignment and as directed by supervisor. - Assist areas with masking, loading/unloading lines, caulking, wipe down, etc. as needed. - Operate material handling equipment as needed. - Maintain quality, safety and efficiency. - Maintain a neat and clean work area. - Report labor and job data accurately. - Perform other jobs within the department or plant as required by supervision. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Complete Company forklift training if applicable. WORK EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to physically perform essential functions of the job. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
