Las Visión de Conjunto Contract: Fixed-term internship / working-student contract (6-12 months) Location: Hybrid – working from home, with occasional visits to the office, travel requirement is limited. Role Summary: Support the International Professional Education team with coordination, administrative, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth execution of international professional education activities during a temporary cover period. Responsabilidades: Key Responsibilities: - Support the coordination and administration of international professional education events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid). - Assist with event logistics, registration tracking, and communication with participants and internal stakeholders. - Prepare, adapt, and update event materials such as agendas, flyers, and presentations, primarily using PowerPoint and design tools. - Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and training calendars using Excel-based tools. - Support tracking, documentation, and follow-up of educational grants, including maintaining approval trackers and ensuring appropriate filing of supporting documents. - Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and coordination...
