Job Summary **THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION 16-20 hours per week.** Under minimal supervision, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of the Center, including grounds. The Maintenance Technician will also communicate with the Center Director to facilitate repairs requiring outside contractors. Summary of essential job function: - Troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance services - Maintains the Center in a manner that provides a safe environment for staff and visitors - Maintains all facilities to a quality level to reduce disruption in day-to-day business, including but not limited to plumbing, painting, flooring, heating & air conditioning and lighting/electrical - Maintains all property grounds including lawn care, signage, exterior lighting and parking lots - Maintains safe & clean work environments by complying with company policies and procedures and those set forth by regulatory agencies - Notifies Center Director of any deficiencies involving leased property such as heating and air, roof leaks, parking lots, or any condition capable of causing damage to property or people - May assist with maintaining Center fire and secu...
