About the Role: As a Returns Officer, you will be responsible for receiving, assessing, processing, and finalising returned products. You'll ensure returned goods are accurately documented, assessed for recovery or disposal, and processed in accordance with company procedures while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and inventory control.
