Job description

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 Annually This position is to fill an upcoming vacancy. A degree in a technical discipline, aerospace or administration; 2-3 Years experience in a similar sales administration role (experience in aerospace an asset) 3 + Years experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent knowledge of Office Suite -with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analytics Excellent written and oral communication skills - Manage customer accounts - Review, enter and maintain Purchase orders - Daily invoicing of customer orders - Ensure follow up with production and update delivery status - Participate in the negotiation of commercial terms and in the resolution of technical problems. - Be a Liaison between customers and internal departments - Participate in account receivables and payment issues - Plan and participate in client visits Ability to multi task: Strong attention to detail: Self directed and able to work independently High level of discretion and confidentiality Howmet provides equal opportunities for all applicants and is committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible environment.
