The Alliance South District is seeking qualified candidates for a Community Pastor position at a thriving church in the coastal area of Alabama. ABOUT THE COMMUNITY PASTOR: The Community Pastor is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the care, connection, and growth of the congregation, from their first visit through full participation. In addition to creating community through small groups, this role will also involve spearheading the launch of future congregations or campuses.
