This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Makena Golf & Beach Club, set on Maui, HI. Makena is seeking a Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Service Department. The Bartender will be responsible for timely service of drinks and general oversight of the bare and restaurant areas. The should passionate about food, beverage, and the art of hospitality, and provide an extensive knowledge of food and beverage pairings to provide members the best dining experiences. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities Provide a dining experience consistent with the standards of the club in all areas of member service. Ability to execute unique craft cocktails. Greet all members and guests politely and promptly, seat them, explain the menu as needed as well as daily specials and beverages.
