Company: Student Quarters Community: University Walk: Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor: Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt/hourly: Work Location: On-site, One location: Compensation: $17.50 per hour: Summary : The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds. Schedule: Monday to Friday, On-call, Weekend availability Role & Responsibilities: - Maintain an excellent customer service relationship - Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times - Inspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways, daily - Pick up trash on the grounds - Run trash compactor daily, including weekends as scheduled - Clean the mailbox area daily - Water flowers, plants, and shrubs as needed - Perform swimming pool maintenance/cleaning as needed - Maintain accurate swimming pool chemical records, according to state and local requirements - Pick up trash, straighten, and wipe down furniture in the pool area - Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the office, clubhouse, and amenity areas - Responsible for maximizing curb appeal - Che...
