Job Summary: Assists the Program Manager in areas related to supervision and general operation of the residential program. Provides direct care supervision to individuals and ensures shifts run smoothly and efficiently. Schedule: - TBD Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the Program Manager in performing the following duties: - Coordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision/oversight of staff, upkeep of the residence and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans. - Ensures that complete and appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding source regulations and Community Strategies policies and procedures. - Oversee the development and implementation of behavior plans, ISP objectives and all other aspects of residential programming. - Participate in the training of all new employees. - Manages program funds and supervises personal finances for all clients. - Dispenses medications per MAP requirements as needed. - Engages in the upkeep of the residence. - Ensures adequate program coverage and supervision. - Ensure that duties and responsibilities are carried out in a supportive and professional manner. -...
