Final Line (Production) Operator

Job description

Main areas of responsibility: - Assemble, inspect and complete finished products in line with production schedules, work instructions and quality standards - Identify, record and report defects, deviations or quality concerns to the Supervisor or Quality team - Apply labels to finished units in line with company standards and ensure correct packaging and documentation of finished goods - Clean finished units to the required standard - Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area in line with 6S and Health & Safety requirements - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality procedures and safety guidelines at all times - Accurately complete production records, check sheets and other required documentation - Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean activities - Work collaboratively with team members, Supervisors, Quality and Engineering to achieve daily production targets - Assist with training of new operators when required - Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Supervisor Health, Safety & Quality: You will also be expected to carry out any additional duties that may be assigned to you by the company from time to time. - Comply fully w...
