Inside Sales Team Leader

Job description

Location: Bucharest You will report to Commercial Director and collaborate with the field sales teams and support departments (Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics) to align and ensure a unified and efficient customer experience. The Inside Sales team Leader is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and developing the team of Inside Sales Representatives, in order to achieve sales objectives and quality standards in the relationship with customers. You will ensure the implementation and compliance with commercial processes (lead management, quotation, order tracking and follow-up), monitor performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct periodic coaching to increase individual and team performance. This is the role: Direct supervision of Inside Sales representatives; setting individual and team objectives; monitoring daily and monthly performance.
