Job DetailsJob Location: Independence, MO 64055Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 SalaryPOSITION SUMMARY The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a key member of the outpatient mental health team responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with diverse mental health needs. This role includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care. The APP will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality mental health services while fostering a supportive environment for patients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Care: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, including patient history, mental status examinations, and diagnostic assessments. Formulate accurate psychiatric diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating therapy and medication management that may include pharmacological and/or non-pharmacological interventions. Manage psychotropic medication regimens, including initiation, titration, and monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
