Position Summary Reporting to the senior-most practice leader of the assigned practice plan structure, oversees, leads, and manages daily operations of assigned practices to ensure quality patient care. May supervise Practice Plan Manager I’s as allocated to support practice plan structure. This position will have oversight over the following MFA specialties: - Cardiology - Infectious Disease - Renal/Nephrology Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned. - Ensures appropriate and high-quality staffing through the scheduling and daily staffing of clinical support and office coordinators, office, and practice managers.
