Position Summary Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the LFG (Lights, Fun & Games) Greeter is responsible for creating a high-energy, hospitality-driven gaming floor experience through guest interaction, promotional engagement, and operation of the Boogie Bus mobile activation unit. This position serves as a front-line ambassador of the JACK brand, delivering memorable guest moments by celebrating jackpots, guest milestones, promotional activations, and signature events. The LFG Greeter is responsible for operating and maneuvering the Boogie Bus throughout the gaming floor, executing live activations with music, lighting, and announcements, and creating spontaneous, high-touch interactions that enhance the overall guest experience. This role is critical in supporting JACK Thistledown Racino’s hospitality-focused strategy by transforming routine guest interactions into engaging, shareable, and memorable moments.
