Job description
The Senior HR Generalist provides high level support to the HR team and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This individual plays a critical role in the areas of employee relations, data analysis, HR technology, as well as other HR related areas while working on projects related to business initiatives. The Senior HR Generalist performs this work in support of and in conjunction with the HR Business Partners while maintaining an effective level of business literacy about the business units’ position, its mid-range plans, culture and competition. Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related discipline. or equivalent education and experience. - Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws, etc. - Minimum 6 years of experience relating to progressively complex Human Resources related matters. - Experience building professional business partnerships.
