What has been a “sleepy” industry for decades is now at the epicenter of sustaining the global economy. About the role: Mytra operates a single ~100,000 sq ft facility that serves as our headquarters for in-person employees and the home of critical R&D and manufacturing activities, including build areas for our products, a manufacturing line for our bots, and demo R&D racking systems. As a Facilities Manager at Mytra, you will have full ownership of the strategy and execution for our leased ~100,000 sq ft HQ facility during a period of rapid growth. You will independently define the methods, standards, and operating cadence for facilities work, making complex tradeoff decisions across safety, uptime, cost, and business priorities with minimal day-to-day guidance.
