Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Porter / Assistant Superintendent to support the daily operations of a condominium community in the Hartford area. This on-site role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept environment while proactively supporting the needs of the Association and assisting the Superintendent with day-to-day property operations. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning & Property Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairwells, entryways, elevators, parking garage, and shared spaces Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including walkways and parking areas Ensure the property remains clean, orderly, and presentable at all times General Maintenance Perform interior painting and minor repairs (drywall patching, fixture replacements, touch-ups) Replace light bulbs and assist with routine maintenance tasks Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner Carpet cleaning and sweeping the parking garage Property Monitoring & Proactive Support Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns Report issues, damages, or violations promptly Take a proactive approach to resol...
