Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levels Support operational efficiency and compliance: Primary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist support Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process Main point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communication Oversees return process for warehouse team Complete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printed Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations support Manage shipping log & documents for all warehouses Coordinates sample request intake and delegates associated workload Report team KPIs: Support logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freight Any additional duties assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.) Forklift experience recommended: Positive and professional communication (written and...
