Job description

Position Summary The Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of one or more complex, multi‑project programs for Vertiv’s Infrastructure Solutions (IS) business, primarily within large‑scale, mission‑critical data centre construction and integration environments . The role operates at a strategic and execution‑focused governance level, aligning all projects within the program to Vertiv’s internal construction delivery standards, controls, and governance frameworks , while drawing on recognized PMI principles and good practice as guidance . The Program Manager provides leadership across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and stakeholder management, ensuring predictable, safe, compliant, and profitable delivery in line with Vertiv business requirements. PMI standards (PMBOK® and Program Management Standard) are used as reference frameworks , while adherence to Vertiv construction policies, procedures, HSE requirements, and management systems remains the primary expectation.
