About the role: What's in the Box The Material Planner's primary responsibility is to ensure on time, in full, and in quality availability of goods required for production. This role involves daily incident management, requiring communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including the DC, Operational Procurement team, and Suppliers to swiftly resolve any emerging issues within the production week. A core focus is complying with key performance KPIs, particularly those related to waste mitigation and error reduction and working on efficiency through the creation of processes and continuous improvement. Your area of responsibility: - Inbound check and handling any OTIFIQ deviations from the suppliers. - Availability check every morning together with the inventory and production teams. - Handling of QC blockages in close contact with FSQA and the suppliers. Incident resolution, organizing pick ups of blocked goods. - Manage SKU Substitution, collaboration with culinary team and suppliers for error mitigation. - Daily waste mitigation checking all supplier and inventory deviations like BBD, Replenishment deviations at the DC, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective...
