Job Description: The EA will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and will be primarily responsible for supporting the Group Financial Controller, the Group Audit Director and the Head of Taxation. The EA will additionally support the day to day running of the Finance leadership function, providing comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative and operational support to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT). - Manage the diaries and commitments of those who you will support, liaising with them, other EAs and personnel across the global business and its partners to support their business needs and control unsolicited requests. - Set up conference calls, video conference calls, meetings, and events as required and circul...
