It includes oversight of equipment performance, coordination with maintenance, and effective team management to ensure processes run in line with JTI standards, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, and operational guidelines, while also contributing to building a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.
