We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Designer / Agent Architect to help design, pilot, and scale enterprise grade AI agents on the NiCE platform. At NiCE, we are redefining how organisations engage with customers through agentic AI, automation, and conversational experiences. This role sits within a new Conversational Design and AI Delivery team focused on building real production AI agents for some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises. You will work at the intersection of design, AI engineering, and enterprise delivery. Your role will involve working directly with strategic customers to transform business challenges into high impact AI solutions.
