The Migration Specialist is a critical individual contributor role focused on hands-on, client-facing project management. This role will be instrumental in establishing project plans, repeatable processes, and supporting the initial phase of migrations, particularly for high-value dedicated support customers, while also preparing to train and lead new team members. This role is based out of our Clayton office in St. Louis and follows a hybrid model, ensuring close alignment and collaboration. What you'll do: Serve as a primary client-facing resource, initially focusing on high-value dedicated support customers. Establish standardized project plans and reusable migration processes. Assist in the training and onboarding of additional migration specialists. Develop high-quality presentation materials and status updates for senior leadership, providing an accurate and transparent view of program health, milestones, and challenges.
