As an Analyst in the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team within Global Equities, you will work closely with colleagues across ECM, Sales, Trading, Legal and Compliance to execute equity and equity-linked transactions. You will be at the heart of deal execution, bridging issuer clients and institutional investors, and contributing to the success of IPOs, ABBs, Rights Issues and Convertible Bonds.
