Description As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Technician . Key Responsibilities: - Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards - Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements - Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work - Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently - Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) - Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work - Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications - Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally Why Work With Us?: - Team-oriented culture - I-CAR Gold Certified - OEM...
