We are looking for an exceptional Field Service Engineer covering high-tech production systems, lasers, motion stages and vacuum products of MKS Instruments. The primary focus of this position is the support of lasers and amplifier systems for scientific and industrial applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - System installation, diagnose and repair of ultra short pulse laser systems, optical alignment and installation and troubleshooting of electromechanical subassemblies. - Maintain operational functionality of scientific and industrial laser equipment. - Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. - Serves as company interface with customer and factory on administrative and technical matters. - Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. - Other duties may be assigned and...
