Job Description: Hospitality Assistant Heathland Court Care Home, Wimbledon, London SW19 5NJ Salary £13.10 per hour: Permanent Part Time 18 hours: 8am - 2pm Alternate weekends required We make health happen: Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most. You’ll help us make health happen by: Providing excellent customer service to all our residents Ensuring high quality food presentation at all times Serving meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms Cleaning of the dining area ensuring it’s tidy and presentable Serving refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives and visitors as required Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience in a customer facing environment with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, you want to deliver an excellent service to make our residents feel at home.
