Investment Banking – EMEA Media & Communications – Vice President (Media Coverage Focus) – London This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. Our EMEA Media & Communications Advisory team is responsible for the origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients across the media and communications landscape. The team has deep relationships with leading media companies and investors in the EMEA region, covering subsectors such as broadcasting, content, gaming, digital media, data analytics, and related areas. As a Vice President in the Investment Banking EMEA Media & Communications Advisory team, you will play a vital accountable role in maintaining a strategic dialogue with key clients and executing M&A and capital market transactions. You will play a pivotal role in implementing the execution function, including working with analysts and associates as well as assisting more senior bankers.
