Brown Company’s Engineering Co-Op Program is structured to provide hands-on exposure to the full product life cycle through intentional term rotations in Engineering, Estimating, Operations, & Purchasing/Planning to strengthen their understanding of how product design impacts manufacturability, material requirements, and production outcomes.
