Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Provides support in accordance with each person’s individualized service and behavior support plans, utilizing support skills for people with moderate to complex levels of need and implementing plans of protective oversight, as well Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs)/ Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) for all people we support in a clean, safe and organized therapeutic environment. - Demonstrates and models professionalism and all skills of Direct Support Professional/Registered Behavior -Technician (DSP/RBT) with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach and provides coverage, regularly performing all direct care responsibilities as indicated in DSP/RBT job description, as needed. - Consults with program leadership, clinical staff, external consultants, community providers and other direct support staff to ensure streamlined and top-quality care for individuals and attends and actively participates in team meetings. - Assists Program Administrator with day-to-day oversight of residence and direct support staff, ensuring that D...
